The apartment includes a separate bedroom, a living room with panoramic windows, and a fully equipped kitchen located separately. The living room features a sofa bed, a Smart TV, a coffee table, and a small dining table. The kitchen is fitted with everything you need for cooking: an electric stove with an extractor hood, a kettle, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed, a wardrobe, and a safe. The spacious shower room has two entrances, is a practical solution for groups of guests. From the living room, you can step out onto a furnished balcony overlooking the pool and mountains.
For additional comfort, the apartment offers a hallway, a washing machine, and private Wi-Fi. It is equally convenient for a short stay or for long-term living.
Guests have full access to the condominium’s facilities, including four swimming pools, a modern gym, a restaurant, a minimart, a secured parking area, and 24/7 security.

The rental price includes accommodation for up to two guests. For a third guest staying on the sofa bed, there is a one-time fee of 2,000 THB for the entire stay. Electricity is paid separately. The apartment is suitable for long-term stays.
The condominium is part of a large residential complex in southern Phuket, comprising five buildings, four swimming pools, 24/7 security, restaurants, and shops. Nai Harn Beach is just 5 minutes by car or a 25-minute walk away. On the way to the beach, you will find Nai Harn Lake, an outdoor sports complex, and a large children’s playground.
