The villa sits on a large private plot. A spacious terrace with sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a private infinity pool surrounded by greenery creates a calm outdoor living space. The main pavilion includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; the master bathroom has a bathtub. A bright living room with a Smart TV and a dining area forms the central part of the house. The fully equipped European kitchen features a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, all essential utensils and a dining table for six guests. The third bedroom is located in a separate pavilion with its own bathroom, offering privacy for guests or family members. The interior follows a modern Thai aesthetic: natural wood and simple décor create a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults (additional sleeping arrangements for children can be provided if needed). Guests have full access to the entire villa and its private grounds. The villa is located in a gated, quiet part of Naiharn with a private resort feel. Walkways run through tropical greenery, creating a calm, secluded setting. On-site facilities include covered shared parking and a small air-conditioned gym. We’ll send you full check-in instructions in advance and stay in touch in working hours throughout your stay. Please contact us before arrival to coordinate your smooth check-in. Right across the road, you’ll find a minimart, a restaurant and a coffee shop in the nearby apartment complex Saturdays Condo. Cafés, local restaurants, massage salons, 24/7 shops and ATMs are within walking distance. Big supermarkets Makro, Villa Market (Chalong) and Tops Mixmall (Rawai seaside) are within 5–10 minutes drive. Nai Harn Beach and the Rawai promenade are 10–15 minutes away by car. Stay Conditions • Weekly cleaning with linen and towel change is included. • Weekly garden and pool service is included. • Access to the on-site gym and covered parking at no additional cost. • No parties allowed. • Electricity is charged separately based on meter readings (check-in / check-out) at 6 baht per 1 kWh. • Water is charged separately based on meter readings (check-in / check-out) at 35 baht per 1 m³. • A security deposit of 300–800 USD is collected at check-in to cover electricity and water usage (amount depends on length of stay). • Don't flush toilet paper or sanitary products down the toilet, as this will cause a clog. If a clog occurs due to this, a repair call will incur a fee and a fine of at least 3,000 baht (depending on the repair cost). • If you forget your key inside, a manager will come out with a spare key and will charge an additional 500 baht from 09:00 to 17:00 and 1000 baht from 17:00 to 09:00.
